As we always do at the year-end, we see this as a time to review our milestones and progress on all levels at Jerusalem Estates, an historic project at Schneller.

Welcoming Our New Residents

The handover of apartments continued in Buildings 10 and 11, HaChatzotzrot and HaKinor. We congratulate our new Residents who have inaugurated their new homes, and wish them all the best in their new community, with continued happiness, joy, and peace of mind.

Construction:

In Buildings 6 and 7, HaRimon and HaEtrog, construction of the ground level frame is nearly complete. In Buildings 4 and 5, HaGefen and HaEshkol, the frame has been completed, and the plumbing and electrical systems are being installed. In Buildings 8 and 9, Buildings HaLulav and HaOgen, the stone cladding on the exterior is in the final stages, while the plumbing, electricity, and elevator installations are proceeding on schedule.

Bronze Guest Suites:

The Bronze hospitality complex has expanded to include a new series of suites, to expand the available space for guests looking to experience the highest level of luxury in the center of the City

The Cardo Shoppes:

An extension is currently underway, adding a wider range of stores for the benefit of our residents.

The Amenities:

Significant progress has been made on the complex’s amenities, which will uplift the living experience for our residents, on level with world-renowned luxury hotels: The Livnat HaSapir Shul, the Leshem (Opal) and Yashpe (Jasper) Men’s and Women’s Gyms, the Tarshish (Aquamarine) Men’s Mikvah, the Bareket (Emerald) Event Hall, the Piteda (Topaz) Lounge, and the Odem (Ruby) Wine Cellar. The frames have been completed, and we are currently accepting bids for the interior work.

Sales:

In the past fiscal year, we signed contracts totaling over $100 million. Our sales team reported an increased demand for residences, and BS”D we are nearing the final phase, with just a few uber-luxurious apartments remaining in Buildings 6 and 7, on the eastern wall of the project.

Tu B’shvat is coming soon. It’s a time of renewal, a time when we celebrate this land that we so cherish. What better time to praise the beauty of Eretz Yisrael, the glory of Jerusalem and all the treasures within?
