The final stage of construction is underway, with work proceeding on the last 2 structures, Buildings 6 and 7, HaRimon and HaEtrog. Located at the far end of the project, the eastern side of these buildings overlooks Har HaBayis on one side, while the other yields a spectacular view of the full length of the Amphora Garden. Only a select few apartments remain for sale in these buildings – though the word apartments does not do justice to these exquisite residences. These are spacious, luxurious homes, the culmination of an unprecedented residential project which has gained international acclaim.

When we started drawing up the plans for Buildings 6 and 7, we treated them differently from the very beginning. They were designed as an exclusive, limited collection of high-end duplexes and penthouses for a specific clientele, seeking the highest possible living standard at Jerusalem Estates

design was meticulously outlined, while leaving maximum flexibility for our client preferences, so that each home can be tailor-made to the specifications of its owner.
Each element was chosen with the most selective attention, from the top-of-the-line flooring, doors, marble slabs and fixtures, all from internationally renowned brands such as Dornbracht and Bulthaup. We’ve already received enthusiastic feedback from designers and clients about the scope of design work and the flexibility afforded to those hoping to create their dream home.

At the base of these buildings are the exquisite communal facilities we’ve presented in the past, designed by London’s ARA Design Studio.
