With a series of conceptual designs by the Fronet advertising and branding agency, which has accompanied Jerusalem Estates since its inception, this premium experience is now made tangible. Each amenity received a unique name and symbol, based on a selection of precious gems. These symbols will appear on signage throughout the complex so that guests can orient themselves among the various structures.

Topaz – The Central Lounge
At the eastern end of the Amphora Garden, an impressive, 2-floor entryway with a sweeping staircase stands out. Entering the main floor, you’ll find the beautifully appointed Topaz Lounge. One floor up, in the impressive gallery, residents can make use of a well-equipped, spacious conference room.
Beneath the lounge, in the lower level, lies the Ruby Wine Cellar, with private storage for the valuable wines of our residents, where optimal temperature and storage conditions are maintained at all times

Beit Knesset Livnat HaSapir:
Also on the eastern end of the Amphora Garden, an elegant entrance is planned for our Beit Knesset, a beautiful display of Zeh Keli V’Anveihu. Its impeccable design is the result of extensive research and deep wells of artistic thought. Much has been invested in the creation of this Mikdash Me’at that will be the crown jewel of the Jerusalem Estates complex.
Next to the Beit Knesset, the elegant Aquamarine men’s mikvah is planned, as well as the exclusive Emerald event hall for the benefit of our residents and their families.
The Opal and Jasper Spas:
Separate spa facilities will be available for men and women. The spa complex includes professional gyms, with wet and dry saunas and a top-level treatment room.
The design and rendering of these upscale amenities were done by the British architectural firm ARA, which is at the forefront of today’s modern design world for private, business and hospitality spaces. They are backed by a rich portfolio of breathtaking projects around the globe, among them some of the most prestigious hotels in Israel.
These new amenities now join the rest of the exceptional project elements, all of which stem from a true love of the craft, and an inborn desire for perfection. We aim to deliver residents an unparalleled finished product, unlike anything seen in Jerusalem. To date, there are only approximately 20 unique residences left in the project, in the uber-premium Buildings 6 and 7.
