This is a time to reflect, with great emotion, on the hidden powers that are omnipresent beneath the earth’s surface in Yerushalayim. They have sprung to life in all their glory for all to see, from their potential blooming to actual execution.
The three large cranes are a constant presence, towering over the rapidly rising frames of the buildings. But the construction team is far from satisfied as they simultaneously rush to reach the higher elevations while at the same time completing the lower floors where the outer shell has already been completed. This is all being done to accelerate the construction timetable while at the same time maintaining the high standards of the development.

An extremely high level of professionalism is on display at the construction site of Jerusalem Estates. A good example is the extraordinary planning that called for the simultaneous construction of the exterior (i.e. cement covered with stone) and the finishing of the interior (sheet prock, paint, electric, plumbing etc.). This combination yielded a very high quality construction effort as part of the development’s lofty standards, substantially accelerating the timetable of when the residents will occupy the apartments.
This phase of the development is also an ideal time to reflect on the central message and many extraordinary promises that were made about this elite project. It began with the extraordinary planning, included the quality construction, the unusual precise detail of the apartments and pubic space. Indeed, it is now possible to appreciate the reality, albeit that we are only in the first phase. But one can clearly see the remarkable attention to detail of the developers as well as their total dedication to quality in the completed underground parking areas. The focus on excellence, spaciousness and hundreds of details were incorporated into the successful completion of the parking lot without any details being relegated to the blueprints of the planners. Every detail was used for the quality and precise execution of the construction.
This is only the beginning of the fulfillment of a dream for the residents – to live in an upscale development in the center of Yersushalayim.
